This is my cousin Courtnee and her boyfriend Marcus. I took these pics about a week or two before she had her first baby. Courtnee was my first cousin on my moms side of the family and I was a lot older so I watched her grow up. Now normally she doesn't wear makeup, has her hair almost shaved and dresses more like a boy, but we decided we would torture her and she let us:) So on went the makeup, she grew her hair out a little bit for me and her mom got her in something that more resembles a girl! I love ya Court and thank you for letting me be a part of the memories you will have before giving birth to your first baby.

So my cousin Kelsey had been bugging me all summer that she wanted her pictures taken, with both of our schedules it wasn't until September that we actually were able to go do the shoot we had wanted to do. Unfortunately we managed to pick a day that had turned cold and Alyssa my niece who was also supposed to be in them only lasted for a few of the shots. However we had fun and they turned out amazing. Love you two girls!

I got a call from my mom asking if I could possibly go take family pictures for my ex sister in law and her fiance. This was a needed session as Ty is fighting Aplastic Anemia and he was to go in the hospital the next day. So we rushed to the nearest park and this is what we got. I am glad I could capture these for them as the outcome of Ty's illness is still unknown. To learn more go here:

Date Taken August 22,2010 Janey Turned SIX!!!
My beautiful baby girl turned six in July I can't believe how fast time has gone by! It took me another month to find the perfect purple flowers to do the shoot and then of course forever to actually go through edit and post my favorites.
